Could you car share with friends or relatives to help with traffic problems? Join the LoveurcarColchester for FREE, to park in preferential town centre car parking bays. You will still have to pay but you will be able to park in a wider space nearer the exit and share the parking charge and fuel with your fellow car sharers.

BY TRAIN
The nearest station is Colchester Town. Trains run regularly into town from Colchester North. Colchester is only an hour from Liverpool Street or Norwich and 20 minutes from Ipswich by train. Trains runs frequently to and from Colchester North Station; book your ticket online at www.thetrainline.com.

You can walk to The Tree Room from North Station in around 20 minutes following the Fixing the Link trail to the city centre.
You can also hire a bike or e-scooter. Make sure you look out for the elephants.

Taxis are also readily available from outside the station, or you can book a taxi with PDQ Cars (01206 540540).
There is also a regular bus service that runs from North Station outside Wickes, taking you upto the High Street (see below for nearest bus stops).
BY BUS
You can get to us using any of the buses to the town centre – visit Traveline South East for up-to-the-minute bus times, or you can visit the Colchester Travel Plan Club website for more information.

Our closest bus stops are either on the High Street (outside the Town Hall) or on Head Street (outside the Odeon Cinema).
ACCESSIBILITY
Vineyard Street (see above) has a good number of disabled parking spaces and a lift to get up into town.

Every effort is made to provide access to all at The Tree Room however the building is sadly not wheelchair accessible due to the limitations imposed by being Grade II Listed. There is a grab rail to assist getting up the steps into the building.
One of our ground floor studios may also be used for 1:1 therapies and small groups. There are public toilets located very close by which are completely accessible to all.
