A specialist class designed to help support women on their unique fertility journeys. With carefully selected movement, breathwork and guided visualisations, this class helps to calm the mind, reduce stress, and balance out hormone levels in the body. It gently stimulates the reproductive organs by increasing blood flow to the heart and pelvic regions, and builds on hope, trust and a positive mind-body connection. Tickets £15 per session.
